Public inquiry is needed into NBCI /GNBCI /Heavy gang , hundreds framed and tortured by these corrupt detective gardai 

Please sign and share this petition to call for a public inquiry into #NBCI /GNBCI /Heavy gang, Garda Detective Gerry O Carroll from Kerry and all the people he/they have framed and are still framing in Ireland.

Every case Gerry O Carroll and NBCI are involved in needs opened up and independently investigated, they have blood on their hands.

These gardai assaulted people, tortured people, and abused them physically, financially, and mentally. They committed perjury and have never been held to account or prosecuted, why? Despite all the crimes they committed and have been proven, costing the taxpayer millions.
